This yard had a small concrete pond and waterfall that was poorly designed.

It was a cautionary tale of how not to build a pond!  It was incorrectly placed within a utility easement, had an inadequate liner, a berm that allowed soil to enter the pond, and a complete lack of filtration of any kind.  The homeowners fought leaks and algae problems for months before surrendering to the inevitable.  We tore out the old structure completely and created a beautiful feature with state-of-the-art equipment that will provide years of enjoyment.
